About The Project
As Jackie’s Grandson, I have always been surrounded by her beautiful work. Whether it be quick sketches of me and my sister sleeping on the beach or the big oil on canvases that hung on the walls in our home.
For me, her work is concerned with the beauty of the world: animals, plants, architecture and real colours inspired by real places. All things, which in a rapidly changing society, remain timeless.
It is this notion of timelessness, which I am seeking to celebrate and pay tribute to by presenting Jackie’s work in a new form: 3 carefully selected original paintings, reprinted for a collection of 100 limited edition t-shirts, signed and numbered by Jackie herself.
